The Scheduling Specialist will support the Service Operations Team by expediting services, improving customer satisfaction, and managing service scheduling and trip planning. This role collaborates with Service Team members and Authorized Service Providers (ASP) to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.

·         Service Scheduling:

o    Coordinate with customers, ASPs, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and Regional Managers to schedule open service work orders.

o    Proactively contact customers to confirm and schedule upcoming services.

·         Travel Planning:

o    Optimize service trips by efficiently grouping services.

o    Facilitate obtaining work permits as required.

o    Manage and maintain customer portal access and scheduling.

·         Customer Service:

o    Address customer requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

o    Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to enhance customer satisfaction.

·         System Maintenance:

o    Maintain accurate service records in Salesforce and SAP.

o    Ensure all necessary parts for service are ordered and delivered on time.

·         Team Support:

o    Assist Service Operations Leads, Senior Schedulers, and Service Managers with ad hoc tasks as needed.

o    Manage mailboxes related to service scheduling and communications.

o    Support invoicing processes and tracking of open orders.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·         Strong Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Web

Preferred Qualifications:
