We are looking for a Service Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding service organization.
Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience and we believe that the Service Support Specialist is a key role in ensuring this.
The Service Support Specialist is responsible for managing customers and driving the entire ‘quote-to-cash’ process for services. Being the main point of contact for key customer query resolution and internal liaison with field and internal service team-mates. This role will be based in Estonia and will report to the Regional Service Manager.
