We are on the lookout for a Laboratory support specialist that will be responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise to the Repligen sales force and its customers related to the laboratory instrumentation (including spectroscopy) that it sells and supports.
Repligen is a life sciences company focused on the development, production and commercialization of high-value consumable products used in the process of manufacturing biological drugs.
You’ll be part of a cross functional team of 7 highly motivated and collaborative colleagues that provide support on site at customer locations. The type of support will include system qualifications (Installation, Operation and Performance (IQOQPQ), product testing, system maintenance and customer training. Delivering training and support will involve travel to customer locations both domestic and international. This role is located in Denmark and reports into the Director of Global Field Service.
