We are on the lookout for a testing specialist that will perform FAT-s for the readymade Single-Use Systems hardware, software & overall functionality according to the pre-defined protocols, to meet its necessary quality requirements. Also provide various technical support for all related test functions in the factory to ensure good performance of the test equipment and be ready to help other technical staff where help is needed.

As testing specialist your responsibility is:

• Perform testing procedures to evaluate product functionality.
• Readiness to perform FATs with customers.
• Prepare and maintain necessary equipment and chemicals for testing.
• Perform measurement system calibration or forward for external calibration.
• Maintain testing area safety and cleanliness.
• Analyse and give feedback on defects and issues found during the testing phase.
• Help to process FAT related documents.
• Attend company events, parties and gatherings.
• Be a great colleague & friend to make REPLIGEN a better place to work :)
• Other business-related tasks and assignments when necessary.

The successful testing specialist will be have the following background:

• Punctuality and strong dedication in your tasks
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in electronics and automation.
• Ability to read automation diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Computer skills (MS Office, Google)
• Proficiency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to solve different tasks and interest to learn new skills
• Enthusiastic, team player, collaborative across all departments to achieve the common goals.
