Overview

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable European IT Business Analyst/PM who is eager to develop expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) or WM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and some other Operations/ Manufacturing applications. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are a life sciences company focused on the development, production and commercialization of high-value consumable products used in the process of manufacturing biological drugs.

 

You’ll be part of a cross functional team of 6 highly motivated and collaborative colleagues in IT Repligen Europe that partners with the business to deliver ‘the right’ technological platforms, applications, processes, and services that protect our digital assets and empower employees to achieve Repligen’s mission. This role will be preferable based in Breda - The Netherlands and will report to the Europe IT Director.

Responsibilities

As  IT Business Analyst/PM you will responsible for:

 

Requirements Gathering:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders across European locations to understand and document evolving requirements in applications like: SAP eWM (or WM), PLM, etc.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

Project Support:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of different applications like:  SAP eWM (or WM), PLM solutions.
  • Support the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within warehouse operations, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing processes based on SAP eWM (or WM), PLM capabilities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize system functionalities to extract and analyze relevant data for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse management or product lifecycle management.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on end-user applications like SAP eWm ( or WM), PLM, etc.  
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to these systems.

Documentation:

  • Document evolving business requirements, functional specifications, and any configuration changes related to end-user applications . (SAP eWM/WM or PLM, for example) 
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, quality, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment on integrated system implementations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across European locations to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.

Qualifications

The successful IT Business Analyst meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP eWM, PLM or other Manufacturing Operations or end-user applications
  • Ability to travel within Europe as needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to IT Business Analysis or related roles.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management processes, Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Multilingual proficiency and familiarity with GMP regulations are a plus.
